01 · On the jobsite

Understanding the work firsthand.

Before leading companies, Sean worked on construction sites. That hands-on beginning remains part of how he looks at a project: not only as an idea, but as work that must be planned, coordinated, and carried out.

02 · Across the business

Learning the business from more than one side.

His career has included sales, project management, area management, and leadership of sales and project-management teams. He has also trained and taught construction professionals.

Moving across these responsibilities broadened his view of the business, connecting what happens on-site with the decisions made by homeowners, managers, and company leaders.

03 · A defining insight

A different question changed the approach.

While working in the solar industry, Sean saw how financing could form part of the project decision. He began studying financing and exploring how similar thinking could apply to other energy-efficiency improvements.

That experience shaped a central part of his approach today: consider the homeowner's circumstances alongside the proposed work, rather than presenting a price in isolation.

04 · Leadership today

Leading with a broader perspective.

Today, Sean owns and manages two construction businesses, one focused on residential remodeling and the other on energy-efficiency projects. He also owns a homeowner consulting business.

Project managers handle day-to-day homeowner communication on construction projects. Sean becomes involved when special circumstances require his attention.

A wider view of residential property.

Alongside his homeowner-focused businesses, Sean pursues his own development projects, including new construction and multifamily housing. These activities add a development perspective to his construction background.

Focused on finding a way forward.

Energetic, focused, and persistent, Sean brings a practical problem-solving mindset to the work in front of him.
